How It Works: Simple, Safe, and Made for Real Life
We’ve designed our process to be completely seamless. No stress, no complicated logistics. Just pure support, from mums who get it.

Step 1: Choose Your Package
Select your package based on how much milk you want us to preserve. We will ship a specialist, temperature-controlled transit kit straight to your door.

Step 2: Secure Shipping
Pack your frozen milk into our secure kit. Our trusted courier will collect it and bring it directly to our dedicated UK studio.

Step 3: Handled with Infinite Care
Your milk arrives at our purpose-built space, fully registered and inspected by Environmental Health. Your supply is individually logged and kept 100% separate throughout its entire stay. We use a gentle freeze-drying process that removes the water while locking in all the precious nutrients and antibodies.

Step 4: Delivered to Your Door
We pack your newly transformed milk into light-protected My Milk Mylar Pouches and ship them back to you with simple, clear instructions on how to scoop, mix, and feed.
The Fine Print (Made Simple)
💡 The 48-Hour Rule: To ensure your milk stays perfectly preserved in transit, all breastmilk sent to us must be fully frozen for at least 48 hours before we collect it.
- Shelf Life: Unopened pouches can be stored safely in your cupboard for up to three years. No freezer space required.
- Once Opened: Use the contents of your pouch within three days (and store it in a cool, dry place).
- Zero Waste: Whether you have a few bags or a massive freezer stash, we treat every drop like the treasure it is.
